Night care support at home

Supporting people within the communities of Clacton, St Osyth and the Tendring Area

Do you need someone to be there for you at night?

At Distinguished, we recognise how crucial it is for you to know that, at all times of day or night, you or a loved one feels secure and supported at home. Whether you require waking night care or sleep-in services, our skilled and committed Pink Professionals are here to offer you the support and care you need during the night. Our overnight care is customised to meet your specific needs.

Sleeping Carers

A sleeping carer will sleep in your home to ensure safety and security. Ongoing support may not be required throughout the night, but your carer will be on hand to alleviate any anxieties you may have if you feel uncomfortable when left alone throughout the night.  Having that extra night care at home can really help you remain healthy and happy. If assistance is needed more than twice during the night, this will be considered a waking night.

Waking Night Care

The care professional is on duty throughout the night for a minimum of eight hours. This is the best support option if you or a loved one wakes several times perhaps being disorientated or needing to go to the bathroom. If you wake at regular intervals during the night to change position due to injury, or if you have to administer medication at regular intervals, this is likely to be the best choice for you.

The waking night care professional is there at your side as and when you need them for the duration of the night, providing a high level of expert support.
